My name is Pia SITA Prem, ex corporate gun turned yoga teacher. I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and teaching for 8 years. I am a Sivananda Certified yoga teacher. http://www.sivananda.org/ My first experience with yoga was during high school. My first yoga class was taught by my cousin sister at Sivananda Ashram. After years of working in corporate I turned to yoga as I found it a healthier lifestyle. Today, I am much happier as a yoga teacher than I was as a Banker.
