  • What is 'holistic' wellness?

    The World health Organization defines wellness as "A state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity". It is a conscious, self-directed and evolving process of achieving full potential. Holistic health is a diverse multi-dimensional field in which the 'whole person' is focused on, and not just the malady itself.   • How do I find a wellness venue/service/expert?

    Simply use the discovery bar on homepage to search the type of wellness service or expert in your area of choice. A list of venues/ experts matching your criteria will be displayed right away.

  • How do I post a question to experts for free?

    Simply log in and describe your query 'here' and publish it instantly. Free questions are generally answered in 2 - 3 working days, while paid ones are responded to within 4 - 6 hours.

  • How do I pay?

    You can pay online using multiple payment methods on a secure platform, or choose to pay directly at the venue.

  • How much notice is required for me to cancel a booking?

    After making a payment, you can cancel or move your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. For last minute cancellations, please contact the venue directly.

  • How can I change my booking?

    Log in and go to 'My bookings' under your ZingUpLife profile. You can change, reschedule and/or cancel bookings in this section.

  • Where can I use the ZingUpLife Gift Card?

    ZingUpLife Gift Cards are valid for online bookings made via www.zinguplife.com or the ZingUpLife mobile app. Simply browse, choose and book over 1,000 partner venues and leading expert practitioners.

  • I'm not satisfied with a service booked through ZingUpLife. How do I file a complaint?

    We constantly monitor our partners for quality assurance and consistency, and hope that they provide services that meet your expectations. However, do let them know if you think otherwise, while you're at the venue. If the owner of manager is unable to address your issue, please write to us at support@zinguplife.com with your name and booking details, Summary of complaint, Outcome at venue. We will take up the matter with the venue and try our best to resolve it within 15 days

  • How can I give feedback for a venue/treatment/therapy/consultation?

    After completion of a booking, you will receive a request to rate and review the service/consultation and treatment/therapy. Your review is important to the community, and will be visible to other users.

  • How can I get in touch with ZingUpLife?

  • How do online consultations on ZingUpLife work?

    Users describe their needs/objectives/issues, and post them as questions, along with their personal details. They can also directly discover and reach out to experts based on their expertise, feedback and ratings. ZingUpLife allows experts to showcase their domain expertise, experience and achievements by answering questions online, and build a cross-geographical client base who they consult with over a technology platform, by means of real-time chat, phone and video. Experts can manage their profiles, content, followers, bookings and events on a simple and easy to use interface, anywhere and at any time

  • How do I register as an expert?

    If you are a wellness therapist, practitioner, trainer or expert, you can create a free profile for yourself 'here'. One of our Relationship Managers will reach you for a detailed discussion.

  • How will I manage my schedule and calendar?

    ZingUpLife provides access to an online and easy to use scheduling tool. This tool can be accessed from anywhere and at any time. You can use the ZingUpLife web or mobile app include and manage all of your bookings and appointments, and gain greater control over your schedule.

  • Will I receive feedback from users?

    Yes, users who discover and book online consultations through ZingUpLife will be asked to review and rate services directly after they have consulted with an expert using any means (phone/ video/ chat). Positive experiences and recommendations will lead to higher visibility on our platform, and ensure better client loyalty, over time.

  • How do fee payments for online consultations work on ZingUpLife?

    Consultation fees are paid by users, using a choice of multiple payment methods, on a secure online platform. Fees are reflected in you profile section, and transferred to your designated bank account in a payment cycle of 7 days.

  • Is my data secure with ZingUpLife?

    Yes, all your data is 100% secure with us, and can be downloaded with ease. We use high assurance and high performance security with SSL encryption to protect your data, transactions and other activity.

    Once you have listed your business, you can access your profile and make changes to business description, services, prices and photos at any time. These changes are reflected on our website and app in real-time.

  • How will I manage my calendar?

    ZingUpLife provides access to an online and easy to use booking & scheduling tool. This tool can be accessed from anywhere and at any time. You can use the ZingUpLife online platform to include all of your bookings and appointments, and gain greater control over your schedule.

  • Will my business receive feedback from customers?

    Yes, users who discover and book through ZingUpLife will be asked to review services directly after they have been consumed.
